In Summer 2026, MyHub will replace CIMS as our web portal for most of our hazardous waste customers. We are currently onboarding existing CIMS users in waves starting June 2026.
New MyHub account registrations open August 2026.
Until then, please continue to use CIMS unless you have received an invite for MyHub. Thank you for your patience during this transition!

I need to access my waste data ASAP but don't have a MyHub account. How should I proceed?
All of your waste data is still available in CIMS. If you don't have a CIMS account, you can request one by completing a New User Registration form here: https://www.veolianorthamerica.com/cims-online-services

I have a CIMS account but forgot my password. What should I do?
You can complete a password reset request form here: https://www.veolianorthamerica.com/cims-password-reset
Your password should be reset by a member of our team within two business days, usually sooner.
When I log in, I don't appear to have the correct access / invoices / manifests. How can I get that fixed?
