On January 23, Clean Harbors announced that it is purchasing all shares of Veolia North America’s industrial cleaning business in the United States.
This transaction is limited ONLY to Veolia’s industrial cleaning activities in the U.S.
All other services and activities, including those provided by Veolia’s Environmental Solutions & Services business in Canada and the United States, Industrial Water & Regeneration Services, Municipal & Commercial businesses, will not be impacted. As such, the services that Veolia provides you and your business will continue as usual.
