Paperless billing and electronic payments in Baltimore

In keeping with our mission of Resourcing the World and acute focus on environmental sustainability, Veolia Baltimore is going completely paperless.  Online bills will allow our customers easy access to bills and streamline the filing and processing of utility bills.  Paperless invoicing is available immediately for our chilled water customers, Harbor East customers and steam customers. As of January 2018, all customers are REQUIRED to go paperless. Please complete this form as soon as possible to opt-in for paperless billing. You can add as many contacts as you would like to this list to receive a copy of your invoice. At least one contact is required.

Customers also have the option to make electronic payments through Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payment Service.  This service will enable customers to make payments online, with funds directly debited from the customers selected bank account.

What are the benefits of paying with ACH?
•    Electronic payments eliminate the possibility of lost or stolen checks
•    Eliminates postage expense and reduces the risk of late payments
•    Ensures rapid, timely, and accurate payments
•    Generates transaction cost savings for customers

These methods help to ensure security and confidentiality for all transactions and allow the scheduling of future payments.  Below is the electronic payment information our steam and chilled water customers will need to implement ACH payments:
