Alan Weland, President, Veolia Water New Jersey
Alan Weland oversees the company’s largest water operations, which serves more than 1.1 million residents across New Jersey. Weland brings significant operations experience and proven senior managerial capability to his role. He led operations for the company’s New York water utility from 2009 to 2013 before being appointed Director of Corporate Engineering, managing the capital program for 70 municipal water and wastewater service contracts in the United States. In 2017, he became General Manager for the company’s facilities in Nassau County, NY, a wastewater services agreement that is the country’s largest public-private partnership contract.
