Joining forces to create a more sustainable energy future, VNA and GE announced a major effort to recycle the materials in wind turbine blades to support renewable energy and the manufacturing of more environmentally sustainable types of cement, reducing net carbon output. GE, a world leader in the development of renewable energy resources, is working with VNA to transport wind blades once they have reached the end of their life cycle to a facility where the blades are broken down into recyclable material.
