Thermal Energy

District Energy networks deliver finished forms of energy (steam, hot water and chilled water) to customers, as opposed to fuels such as natural gas and oil, which have to be converted into a usable product.

This means no onsite combustion, air quality permitting and operation and maintenance issues. We provide customers with reliable, quality energy for immediate use in a wide range of applications, from broad thermal applications, such as heating, cooling and hot water, to highly-specialized manufacturing processes.

Our domestic hot water production and steam cooling can dramatically reduce electricity costs and other expenses associated with peak electric demands.

From an operational standpoint, a significant benefit to local business is the fact that we have built-in system redundancy that supports our focus on the reliable delivery of usable energy.
