Challenge

MultiLayer Coating Technologies, LLC (MCT) was formed through the purchase of Polaroid Corporation's advanced coating technologies and facilities in 2006. MCT's facility included a thermal energy plant that required management. The energy assets required enhancement and expansion, so MCT needed a service provider with the technical capability to could address future load growth. MCT also sought help in developing fuel procurement and management strategies.
